I Can’t Access My BlaBlaCar Account After Vehicle Upload Block

My BlaBlaCar account has been blocked, and I’ve been waiting for a resolution for quite some time now, but nothing has changed. I suspect the reason for the block is that I accidentally uploaded the wrong vehicle information. Since then, I haven’t been able to access my account, and the issue remains unresolved despite the long wait.
I respectfully request that my account be reactivated, especially since the mistake was unintentional and I am willing to correct the information. It’s frustrating not being able to communicate with the support team directly through the app about such matters. Adding an in-app support or appeal option would make resolving issues like this significantly easier and quicker.
Please review my account situation and enable access again. I’m happy to cooperate in any way necessary to verify or fix the issue.
