BlaBlaCar Failed to Properly Review Messages Before Suspending My Account

On December 28, 2025, I posted a ride listing on the BlaBlaCar app for the Antalya route. After posting the listing, I was reported in an inappropriate and unjustified manner by an individual, and as a result of this complaint, my account was suspended even though there was no element of wrongdoing. I honestly feel surprised and wronged by this situation.

I believe that when the authorities review the content of the complaint and the message exchanges, they will see that an incorrect assessment was made. I request that the messages be reviewed in detail, a fair decision be reached, and my account—wrongfully suspended—be reactivated.

In this situation, where I firmly believe I am innocent, I urgently request support from BlaBlaCar officials to correct this incorrect evaluation and restore access to my account.
