BlaBlaCar Blocked My Account After False Complaint Despite 4.7 Rating and 21 Reviews

I’ve been using BlaBlaCar for years without any issues, and my account had a solid 4.7/5.0 rating with 21 reviews. But now my account has been suddenly blocked, and I’m completely shocked by how unfairly this situation was handled.

Here’s what happened: For a recent Izmir–Gaziantep trip, a potential passenger insisted that I take them for a price far below what I listed. They even threatened to report me if I didn’t accept their demand. I refused to be pressured and chose to travel with other passengers instead. Later, that same person followed through on the threat and submitted a complaint—and BlaBlaCar actually blocked my account because of it.

I’ve done nothing wrong. I simply stood my ground against someone trying to exploit the system. Yet now, my years of reliability and positive reviews have been ignored, and my profile is inaccessible without so much as a fair investigation.

BlaBlaCar, this is unacceptable. I demand that you review the situation thoroughly and reinstate my account immediately. A single unverified complaint should not outweigh the reputation I’ve built over the years. Contact me directly and resolve this issue—I won’t let a false report erase my history.
