BlaBlaCar Blocked My Account After an Unfair Driver Rating

I am a BlaBlaCar user from India and I access the service via the Android application. My account is currently blocked and I cannot log in to my BlaBlaCar account. This situation started in 2025. The block appears to be connected to a wrong rating that was given to my profile after a trip where I was the driver. On that trip, the passenger left an incorrect and unfair rating on my account, which does not reflect the real situation. After this, I faced issues with my account and now I am unable to use my BlaBlaCar account properly. I have already contacted BlaBlaCar support and tried to contest this rating, but I received a wrong or unsatisfactory message in response and the problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that the wrong rating on my profile be reviewed and removed or corrected, and that my account access problem related to this rating be investigated and resolved. I would like to be able to use my BlaBlaCar account again without being negatively affected by an incorrect rating that does not match my actual behavior as a driver.
