BlaBlaCar Account Suspended Without Explanation or Prior Warning

On 29 May 2026, I discovered that my BlaBlaCar account had been blocked and I received an “account suspended” message when I tried to use the service. I have not received any prior information or clear explanation about the reason for this suspension, and I believe this situation is unfair and prevents me from using the platform as intended. I kindly request that my BlaBlaCar account be immediately reactivated and that I be informed, if necessary, about any issue that needs to be resolved so that I can continue to use the service without interruption.
