I Sent 11 Pi to My Bitget Wallet and It Never Arrived—They Refused to Refund Me

I transferred 11 Pi to my Bitget wallet, and over 24 hours later, the funds still haven’t been deposited. I reached out to Bitget via email, and their response was unacceptable—they told me that since Pi Network has no official market value, they can neither credit the amount to my wallet nor return it.

This is completely unfair. I trusted Bitget and expected my funds to be handled properly. I even sent proof with screenshots to back up my claim. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just give me back my 11 Pi or credit it to my wallet like you should have in the first place.

I’m in genuine need of this money. I wouldn’t even be filing this complaint if it wasn’t important. Bitget, if you want to earn back even a shred of trust, resolve this immediately. Return my 11 Pi—otherwise, I’ll consider this theft.
