Telegram Support Ignored My Report About Unauthorized Account Access on My Number
When I try to create a Telegram account, the system shows a message stating that the verification code has been sent to another device. However, I don’t have Telegram installed on any other device, and I have never opened a Telegram account before. This makes me strongly suspect that someone has created an unauthorized account using my phone number.
I am trying to register using my own number: +90 541 405 0*, but I cannot access my account from any device. I have already reported the issue to Telegram’s support team, but I haven’t received any response.
My access to the account is completely blocked, and I am deeply concerned about the security of my personal information. I urgently request that Telegram investigate this issue, restore my access, and protect my number from unauthorized use.
