Bitlo Overcharged Me for Trump Coin Purchase at an Inflated Price
Bitlo has proven to be a misleading platform. Today at 7:24 PM, I purchased Trump Coin, placing an order at $40. However, the transaction went through at $64, a price that this coin never reached at that time. Additionally, the buy-sell spread suddenly increased to an outrageous 100%.
I recorded a screen video as evidence. While customer service promptly corrected the price discrepancy on their system, they stated they couldn’t do anything about my completed purchase. This is unacceptable.
Bitlo, I demand an immediate resolution and compensation for the inflated price I was charged. Such practices damage customer trust, and I expect you to ensure fair and transparent transactions moving forward.
