If at all possible, I really advise against BitGo. Although they handle the KYC process for the Kroll/FTX Restructuring Administration, their systems seem to be totally erratic. For months now I have been caught in a never-ending cycle of delays. Every time I contact their support team, I get the same general reply: "We’ve forwarded your request to the appropriate department." Still, nothing ever changes. They seem not even equipped with the means to appropriately address these problems. This degree of ineptitude is rather annoying and speaks badly of the whole crypto sector. These kinds of events precisely explain why the industry is under more and more control and scrutiny. BitGo has to start acting seriously and own their flawed procedures.
