BitGo Locked Me Out and Changed My Wallet Password Blocking My Fund Withdrawal

I have nowhere to turn anymore and am quite in need of assistance. BitGo seems to have totally locked me out of my own wallet and has refused to let me access my money. Now I can't even withdraw my money as they changed my wallet password without my knowledge. Their response startled me when I called their customer service. They really advised me to pay half of the money in my wallet to pay a hacker to "help" me get back my money. How could this be even acceptable? I worked so hard for that money, thus it is terrible to see it kept captive like this. Please; I need assistance from the correct authorities to have my money returned.
