I Can’t Log Into My Bitget Account and Still Can’t Withdraw My Balance

I’ve been using the Bitget exchange app for over a year without problems, but now I suddenly can’t log into my account at all. I enter all my login details correctly, and I do receive verification codes on both my phone and email. But when I enter the code, I get an error message saying “User exit.” I’ve contacted customer service multiple times—they just keep telling me they’ll update me via email, but it’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile, I have money in my account that I can’t withdraw. To make things worse, there’s no Turkish language support, and I don’t speak any foreign languages. I urgently request that Bitget resolve this issue and give me back access to my account so I can retrieve my funds.
