Bitget Failed to Recover My Coins Due to Support Incompetence

I transferred RACA to my Bitget account, which was successfully deposited. Later, I mistakenly sent XDC using the same address extension I had used for RACA, unaware that the extensions differ for each coin. Naturally, the XDC transfer didn’t appear in my account.
I contacted Bitget support immediately, provided the correct address, and asked for their help in recovering the funds. However, I received no positive response. The coins are still stuck at my address, and this is something they could easily resolve, but they refuse to assist.
For a platform claiming to be well-equipped, Bitget’s customer service is shockingly unprofessional and poorly trained. I demand immediate action to recover my coins. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
