I recently downloaded and signed up for the Bitexen app, but I’ve been facing an issue with the ID verification process. Every time I try to verify my identity, I get an error message saying, “Temporary issue, please try again later,” and it’s been like this since I signed up. I can’t access or use the app at all because of this problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to not even be able to get started on the platform. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
