I am trying to complete the live verification process on the Bitexen app using my Android device, but the system repeatedly displays the message “please try again,” preventing me from finishing the verification. My camera permissions are fully enabled, my internet connection is stable, and I am using the latest version of the application. Despite attempting the process multiple times today, I encounter the same error every time.

I have not yet contacted customer service about this issue, and no payment transactions, pending approvals, or other account actions are awaiting completion on my side. This is purely a technical failure within the app that blocks me from completing an essential security step.

I request that Bitexen urgently investigate and resolve this live verification error so I can complete the process without repeated failures. The app must function reliably, especially for security-related verifications, to ensure users can access all features without unnecessary delays.
