Bitcoin.com Wallet Balance Missing Despite Completed Transaction
I am writing to report a serious problem I have been experiencing with the Bitcoin.com web wallet regarding my balance. Last year, a transaction that should have credited my web wallet did not appear correctly, and since then my balance has remained at 0. The amount that should be in my wallet is around 1,000,000 (in the currency and value I transferred), but the system still shows no funds. This issue has been ongoing since last year and is still not resolved. Despite waiting for a long time, the balance has never updated and I have been unable to access or use the funds that should be in my wallet. I have tried to reach Bitcoin.com customer support about this problem but have not received any response. Given the size of the amount involved, this situation causes serious concern and financial stress. I request that my account and transaction history be urgently reviewed, that the missing balance be correctly credited to my web wallet, and that I be informed in detail about the cause of this issue.
