No Subscription but Truecaller Still Charging My Credit Card

Even though I do not have any subscription with Truecaller, my credit card is being charged regularly. A charge of $0 is being made from my İş Bankası credit card with the description “RAZ*TRUECALLER internet gurgaon.” Since the 11th, this charge has occurred twice. My card information is not saved in the app, yet these unauthorized charges are still being made, which raises serious security concerns. The last four digits of my card are 5853.
I was unable to reach any support channel to contact, and I could not find a clear point of contact on Truecaller’s side.
My requests are:
A refund of all unauthorized charges,
Immediate cancellation of any related subscription or payment profile,
Assurance that no further charges will be made to my card.
For your information: Both transactions were made from the same card and appear on my bank statement with the description above.
