Unauthorized Files Editor Payment and Refund Request

On March 15, 2026, I discovered that $187 had been withdrawn from my account by Files Editor without my knowledge or authorization. I never approved any membership, purchase, subscription, or payment that would justify this charge. The unauthorized withdrawal has caused significant financial inconvenience and concern.
I have a bank receipt documenting this transaction. I attempted to contact Files Editor regarding the issue, but I was unable to reach any responsible representative and did not receive any response to my inquiries. When I contacted my bank, I was advised that I should file a formal dispute regarding the transaction.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized $187 charge that was withdrawn from my account. In addition, I ask that a thorough investigation be conducted to determine how this unauthorized transaction occurred and to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again in the future.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and written confirmation regarding the refund process and the outcome of the investigation.
