On January 13, 2025, I processed two USDT withdrawals on Bitci.com: 5,000 USDT via the TRC20 network and 8,000 USDT via the BEP20 network. Despite sufficient USDT balance in the platform’s wallet, these transactions have not been credited to my account.
This delay is unacceptable, as timely access to funds is crucial. I’ve waited for a resolution but received no updates or explanations. I urgently request that Bitci.com reviews this issue and ensures the immediate transfer of the missing USDT to my account.
I expect prompt action to resolve this matter. Please address this without further delay, as this has caused significant inconvenience.
