Bitci.com Delayed My USDT Withdrawal for 16 Hours Causing a $1100 Loss
On 21.09.24 at 18:22, I initiated a USDT withdrawal request via Bitci.com, which was approved just 4 minutes later. However, 16 hours have passed, and the funds have still not reached the recipient wallet. In an industry where speed is crucial and competitors complete transactions in just a few minutes, this delay is unacceptable. I’ve contacted support several times and sent emails, but after nearly 24 hours, I still haven’t received any response. Due to this delay, I was forced to close my open position of $1100 on a global exchange with a loss. This is the third time I’ve experienced such issues with this slow and inefficient platform. Unfortunately, I’ve learned my lesson, but it came at a financial cost. I hope others can avoid a similar situation.
