I Can’t Transfer My Crypto from Bitci and They Still Charge a Fee

For the past two days, I’ve been trying to transfer my cryptocurrency from Bitci to another exchange. However, the transaction keeps getting canceled without my knowledge or approval—and to make matters worse, Bitci still deducts the transaction (commission) fee each time.

This situation is completely unacceptable. As a user, I expect transparent communication and functional services, especially from a financial platform. Yet Bitci has left me completely in the dark, with no explanation or proper customer support response. I’ve been left stuck and financially impacted for two full days now, and there is still no resolution in sight.

I demand that Bitci immediately either complete my crypto transfer or refund all associated fees. If this is a known issue, they should publicly acknowledge it and stop letting users proceed with failed transactions. This kind of platform behavior seriously undermines trust, and I do not recommend Bitci until they fix this ongoing issue.
