I bought a coin on Bitci Exchange on January 17, and shortly after, they removed it from the list. Not only did they delist the coin, but they also won’t allow me to withdraw it. I’ve tried transferring it to another exchange, but that’s not working either. It’s been nearly 10 days now, and I urgently need my money. I have credit payments due, and I can’t pay them because of this issue with Bitci. When I raised my concerns on their Telegram channel, they blocked me instead of helping. Their live support has been completely unhelpful as well. This is unacceptable! Bitci must immediately allow withdrawals or transfers for coins they delist. Fix this now!
