It has been over 15 hours, and I am still unable to withdraw my money from Bitci. First, I tried to withdraw TL, but the system would not allow it. I then logged into the website, hoping it would work there—still nothing. I even attempted to convert my funds to BNB to withdraw, yet that also failed. Since yesterday, the transaction status has been stuck on "processing," and I am beginning to feel like my money is being held hostage.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of support. Bitci does not respond to messages, the homepage offers no updates, and live support has disappeared. There is no customer service to reach out to. Are we supposed to take legal action just to get our own money?
I demand an immediate resolution and my funds to be released without further delays. Bitci must take responsibility for providing proper customer support and allowing users to access their money without these obstacles.
