The Litecoin deposit and the conversion to Turkish Lira were completed immediately without any problems, but the withdrawal to my bank account has not been deposited even though it has been 5 days. Even though it says 24/7 support and they use this slogan, I have not been able to reach them for 4 days even just to get information. I have tried every possible way. I call their phone number, but each time they keep me waiting for literally more than 1 hour and it doesn't connect. There are systematic and contextual errors on the websites. Just a few months ago, there were efforts to persuade and give information for up to 30 minutes by calling for days for the Bitay coin campaign. In short, there is no problem when depositing money into the system, there is all kinds of support and transportation, but when it comes to withdrawing money, there is no one you can contact and they do not provide information. If no help is given, I will use all my rights to the fullest, I will continue to use the new markets that Bitay will open such as India etc. I will also make my complaints and inform/warn communities in the regions.
