Delayed Withdrawal and Unresponsive Customer Service at Bitay Exchange

I requested a withdrawal from Bitay Exchange, but my funds have not been transferred to my account, even after several months. Despite their claim of 24/7 availability, customer service does not answer the phone. After waiting on hold for an hour, the call gets disconnected. I've sent multiple emails, but no one has responded. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is unacceptable. I demand that my funds be transferred to my account immediately.
