Bitay Exchange Not Permitting Withdrawals

I'm having a major problem with Bitay Exchange. I can't seem to finish a withdrawal transaction. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue as it has put me in a difficult situation, preventing me from meeting my financial responsibilities. Even when we need to withdraw our own funds, there is an approval process that can make us question the legitimacy of our money. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with the exchange platform. Getting in touch with Bitay has always been a major struggle for me. It appears that the collaboration with Turkcell has made communication extremely challenging, and my minutes are depleting quickly.
