Bitay Not Processing Withdrawals
I'm completely fed up with the Bitay cryptocurrency exchange! They have refused to approve my cryptocurrency transfers as well as my request to withdraw Turkish Lira to my bank account. I initiated an XRP transfer to my BTCTURK account on September 7th, followed by a Dogecoin transfer to my Paribu account on September 8th. My withdrawal to my bank account, however, is still pending approval as of September 12th. When I contact them, they give me different excuses, and I am unable to access my assets. I even spoke with Bitay's founder, N***** Y*****, and Assistant General Manager E**** D**** two weeks ago. They promised to speed up the process, but nothing has changed. My home life has been disrupted for a month now, and I deeply regret ever trusting Bitay with my crypto transactions.
