If BiTaksi showed a promo but you were charged full fare, it’s often because the campaign wasn’t properly selected before you started the trip or wasn’t valid for your ride type/location.
Discounts must usually be activated in the app before confirming your taxi and may be limited to specific conditions.
Some complaints show users saw an “first-ride” or percentage discount in the app but it didn’t apply at checkout, which often happens when the promo isn’t eligible for that ride or wasn’t clicked in the “Select Campaign” field.
To fix it, take a screenshot of the promo + booking screen and contact BiTaksi support through the app’s help section asking for a refund of the difference.
If they don’t respond, file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
