The BDG service truly disappoints me. I asked for a withdrawal of ₹1,150 on April 29 at 3:15 PM; it has been more than 5 days now and the status still shows as "Processing." I have tried contacting their customer care by email and even their official Telegram support, but I have not gotten any helpful response—just evasive automated answers. There is no clear schedule, no live assistance, and to be honest, it seems as like they have gone quiet following my money theft. I have been using BDG for some time and never experienced problems this severe before, but now I am seriously wondering whether I should rely on this platform moving ahead. Either promptly handle my withdrawal or reimburse the money to my account; this kind of delay is unacceptable.
