I have been using Bioderma Sébium Hydra Cream for the past three days, and after the third application, I experienced burning, redness, and itching on my skin. I purchased the product three days ago from a pharmacy in Giresun city center.
I’ve never had a similar reaction before, so this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I have not yet contacted Bioderma customer service, but I would like to request dermatologist support from the brand to identify the cause of this reaction.
I kindly ask Bioderma to investigate this issue and provide the necessary dermatological and customer support to help resolve the irritation caused by this product.
