Bioderma Cicabio Cream Allergic Reaction and Discomfort

After purchasing Bioderma Cicabio cream from the pharmacy, I began using it, and the next day I experienced allergic reactions on my skin such as redness, acne, and burning. These reactions did not occur only on the first use but continued every time I applied the product. I did not receive any invoice or receipt from the pharmacy where I purchased it. So far, I have not contacted Bioderma customer service or the pharmacy. Due to this negative experience, I am requesting both an explanation and a refund.
