About a month ago, I purchased Bioderma ABCDerm Foaming Gel from a pharmacy and began using it on my baby’s skin. From the very first use, my baby developed severe dryness and intense itching on the scalp, bottom, arms, and legs. These symptoms reappeared with every application, and we had to visit the doctor multiple times, which also caused financial strain in addition to emotional distress.
I am deeply disappointed that a product designed specifically for babies has caused such strong negative reactions. I am requesting a refund for the product and an official explanation from Bioderma regarding this issue, as I need to understand why such irritation occurred with a baby care product that should be gentle and safe.
