Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Gel-Cream Aggravated My Baby's Skin Condition

We bought Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Gel-Cream after a doctor recommended it for my baby's cheek eczema. My baby's face began to itch and turn red as soon as we applied it. We used it for a week, but it only made the redness on my baby's body and skin worse, giving it a burnt appearance. Curious, I tried it on my own hands, only to experience increased itching. The product did not work, and our money was wasted. I filed a complaint two weeks ago, but I have received no response. It's perplexing that a product marketed to treat atopic skin could aggravate the condition and endanger one's health. I require immediate attention to resolve my issue and alleviate my distress as a result of this costly product.
