I recently applied the Bioderma Pigmentbio Daily Care SPF 50 sunscreen to my face, expecting it to be gentle on my skin—especially since it is advertised as suitable for sensitive skin. Instead, I was shocked by the immediate reaction I experienced. My skin began to flake, and I felt an intense burning sensation. Shortly after, redness and itching spread across my entire face.
The worst part was the swelling that occurred under my right eye, which became so severe that I had to seek urgent medical attention. My skin has yet to recover from the damage caused by this product. I trusted Bioderma for its reputation in dermatological skincare, but this experience has deeply shaken that trust.
I followed all usage instructions carefully, and yet the reaction I endured was anything but normal. If this is how the product behaves on “sensitive skin,” as it claims, then the labeling is misleading and potentially dangerous.
I demand that Bioderma take responsibility for this issue and offer an appropriate resolution for the harm caused. At the very least, the company should improve its formulations or provide stronger warnings if adverse reactions like this are even remotely possible. Consumers should not have to gamble with their health.
