However, from the very first application, I experienced an intense burning sensation and noticeable redness on my face. This reaction has made me extremely concerned, and I’m unsure whether it’s part of the product’s expected effect or a sign that something is wrong.
I followed the instructions carefully and did not apply any additional products or treatments that might have caused a reaction. I need urgent clarification: Is this kind of irritation normal during the initial use? Should I wash the product off immediately or continue using it despite the discomfort?
I purchased this product trusting the brand and its dermatological claims. I did not expect such a harsh response from a serum that is supposed to even out skin tone and improve pigmentation. If this is a known side effect, it should be clearly labeled on the packaging or usage guide.
