I recently purchased the Bioderma Photoderm Aquafluide sunscreen from a local pharmacy, expecting it to include a Naos Star code, as indicated on many other Bioderma products. However, after opening the box, I realized that there was no code printed anywhere on or inside the packaging. Since I planned to use the code for rewards and authenticity verification, this was disappointing.
I immediately returned to the pharmacy to ask about the missing code. They informed me that some batches this year were distributed without the Naos Star code and claimed it was normal. But as a loyal Bioderma customer, I find it unacceptable that a product sold at full price would be missing a feature meant for customer engagement and product verification.
I kindly request that Bioderma provide the missing code or offer another form of compensation. A premium skincare brand should ensure consistency and transparency across all its product batches. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue, as I feel let down by the brand I’ve trusted for years.
