Hello, I recently purchased a twin pack (2 x 500 ml) of Bioderma Sensibio H2O micellar water from a pharmacy. However, I’m concerned about the authenticity of the product because it does not have the usual Naos code printed on it. When I scan the QR code, it simply redirects me to a page with basic product content information—there’s no option for manual code entry or product registration for points or verification.
I’ve always trusted Bioderma for skincare, but this missing verification code raises serious questions. Given the amount I paid, I expect full transparency and authentication tools to confirm the product is genuine. At the very least, I should be able to validate the item and earn the points I’m entitled to.
Can someone from Bioderma please clarify whether this is a packaging issue, a batch variation, or something more concerning? I need a clear answer to confirm whether the product I bought is authentic or not. I ask that you resolve this issue promptly.
