I Cannot Scan Points for My Bioderma Photoderm SPF 50 Cream

My product is Bioderma Photoderm Aquafluide 50 SPF sunscreen. When I scan the product barcode, it shows up as registered in the NAOS system. However, the points barcode does not work in the same system. No matter what I try, it keeps saying "invalid." I’ve tried every possible method, but the system won’t scan the points barcode, and there’s no code I can enter manually either. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
