Two days ago, I purchased a Bioderma Sensibio H2O twin pack from Dermoeczanem. I’ve used this product before without any issues, but this time, I noticed that both bottles are missing the Naos Star code.
The packaging and bottles appear completely intact — there’s no visible damage, missing label, or anything suspicious. I also verified the lot code, which confirmed that the products are authentic.
I’m requesting that Bioderma or Dermoeczanem clearly explain where the Naos Star code should be located on these bottles and provide official clarification about why it’s missing from my recent purchase.
