Binomo Denies Withdrawal Citing Daily Limit With No Prior Payout
I deposited $580 into my Binomo account, and as a result of my trades, I increased my balance to $1,313. On December 29, 2025, at around 4:55 p.m., I submitted a withdrawal request for this amount; however, my request was rejected and I was told that account verification was required.
I then completed all requested verification steps, and after my account was verified, I submitted another withdrawal request. This time, even though no successful withdrawal had ever been completed, my request was rejected again on the grounds that I had exceeded the daily withdrawal limit. After that, my withdrawal attempts began to be automatically rejected for five minutes, and I was told that the verification process would take 10 days.
At the moment, I am able to log into my account and view the trading screens, but despite having a verified account, I cannot withdraw my funds. When I contacted Binomo live support, I was simply told that I need to wait 10 days, after which the next steps would be explained. No concrete solution was offered.
I was planning to use this money to pay off a loan, and as the withdrawal is delayed, interest continues to accrue, increasing my financial loss. Since my account is already verified, I demand that my $1,313 be paid out immediately without further delay and that all withdrawal restrictions be removed.
