I Can't Withdraw My Money From My Binomo Account
I deposited ₺20,000 into my Binomo account registered with the e‑mail address seyitk****[email protected] and, as a result of the transactions I made, I increased my balance to ₺45,290. On 29.12.2025 at around 16:55, I created a withdrawal request for this amount, but my request was rejected and I was told that my account needed to be verified. After that, I completed all the verification steps requested from me and, once my account was verified, I created a new withdrawal request. This time, even though I had not successfully completed any withdrawal before, my request was again rejected on the grounds that I had exceeded the daily withdrawal limit. Afterwards, my withdrawal attempts began to be automatically rejected for 5 minutes and I was informed that the verification process would take 10 days. Currently, I can log into my account and see the trading screens, but despite having a verified account, I cannot withdraw my money. When I contacted Binomo live support, I was only told that I had to wait 10 days and that the stages would be explained afterwards, and no concrete solution was offered. I was planning to pay my loan debt with this money; as the transaction is delayed, interest is accruing on my debt and my grievance is increasing. I request that my money be paid to my bank account without being kept waiting for days and that the withdrawal restrictions on my verified account be removed.
