Unable to Access Binance Account Due to ID Verification Issue

I cannot log into my Binance account because I’m stuck at the ID verification stage. The system refuses to accept my new ID, possibly because my last name has changed. Both my Binance and Binance TR accounts were created using my maiden name, but this discrepancy seems to be causing the issue.

Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying, “Choose a different option,” and even after logging out and attempting again, the issue persists. Binance’s live support has been unhelpful and has not provided a resolution.

I urgently need access to my account to transfer funds from Binance to Binance TR. Binance must address this issue promptly and provide a clear solution to ensure I can access my funds.
