I Face KYC Mismatch Error When Transferring from Binance to Binance TR Account

I’m trying to transfer funds from my Binance account to my Binance TR account, but I keep receiving an error that says my KYC information does not match between the two platforms. This makes no sense, as I’ve completed this exact transfer multiple times in the past without any issue.

Now, suddenly, the system blocks the transaction and shows the following message:
“We’ve detected a mismatch between your KYC information on Binance and Binance TR. Please update your identity verification details before proceeding.”

This is extremely frustrating. I haven’t changed any of my account information, and both accounts are registered under my name. There’s also no guidance available anywhere on how to resolve this mismatch. I checked the help center and tried contacting support, but I haven’t received any meaningful response.

Binance, I need urgent help to fix this issue and restore my ability to transfer between accounts. I’m requesting clear instructions on how to update or synchronize my KYC data and expect this to be resolved immediately. This is blocking me from accessing my funds, and that’s unacceptable. Please respond with a solution.
