Synchronisation Problem Between Binance's Web And App
Since my phone app settings on Binance didn't sync with the web platform, I experienced a sudden closure of my position when I attempted to set a limit order on the web. The customer service representative informed me that I needed to enable approval in the settings. I did as instructed, enabling it in the application and accessing the site via the app's QR code. But why didn't this setting sync with the web version? When I queried this issue, their response was rather flippant, stating that they faced the same problem and were always checking the settings. I understand the lack of synchronization, but shouldn't there be a warning upon website entry to check settings? It's unreasonable that my position was closed simply because I adjusted the limit settings. If Binance overlooks these user issues, it raises concerns about their service overall.
