Amazon Delivery Packages Arrived Opened

Today, a few minutes ago, two packages were delivered to our business at 1120 6th Ave, New York City by what appeared to be one of your own employees. Both packages showed clear signs of having been opened before they reached us. The package believed to contain electronics for our IT department arrived with one corner pulled open so that someone could see inside. The box believed to contain gift cards for our HR department had the sealing tape pulled open across the top, again in a way that suggests someone deliberately opened it to look inside. I noticed these issues immediately upon receiving the delivery. I tried calling your customer service line about this situation, but the call was not helpful and I was not able to get any support or guidance. Our IT and HR departments still need to verify the contents to determine whether anything is missing or tampered with, so I cannot yet confirm the value of the items or whether there is a loss, but the condition of the packages raises serious concerns about security and handling within your delivery process. I request that you urgently investigate how these two packages were handled, including which employee delivered them and where they may have been opened, and inform us of the results. I also expect clear guidance on how to proceed if our departments discover missing items or any sign of tampering with the electronics or gift cards, as well as assurance that such a breach of package integrity will not be repeated in future deliveries.
