I transferred funds from my Binance Web3 Wallet to my main account, but the money never arrived. The funds don’t appear in my account, and it’s as if they’ve vanished. I submitted a bug report with all the necessary details, but nothing has been resolved. Worse, there’s no way to reach a human representative—no phone number, no email, no proper customer support. The AI chat service is completely useless and cannot address this serious issue.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a platform handling financial transactions. Binance, I demand immediate action to locate and return my funds. Below are my details for reference:
