Two days ago, I transferred money from my bank account to the IBAN provided by Binance, but the funds never appeared in my Binance account. I immediately contacted customer support, provided the transaction receipt, and expected a resolution. Instead of helping, they ignored my issue and even tried to blame me for the problem.
This is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to be secure and trustworthy. I have always considered Binance to be the safest crypto platform, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust. Where is my money? If this issue is not resolved, I will make sure everyone around me knows about Binance’s failure to protect users' funds.
