Binance Web3 Transfer Restricted Error

I swapped BNB coins for BIO coins on Binance Web3, but when I tried to reverse the swap, Binance displayed an error message saying, "Token: transfer is restricted." Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and I cannot access my funds. This situation has left me feeling uncertain about the platform's reliability. I am unable to retrieve my money from Binance Web3. Some forums suggest that Binance Web3 sells false tokens, leading to users losing their money. If this is the case, it would be a serious breach of trust for such a major platform. I sincerely hope this is not true, as I want to trust Binance.
