In response to the notification regarding my complaint No: 20251014090*, which was rejected concerning the October 10, 2025 SUI/USDT Flash Crash incident, I hereby submit this formal objection.
On October 10, 2025, while trading the SUI/USDT pair on Binance Global, I attempted to manually close my position during a sudden and extreme price drop (flash crash). However, the system returned an error message, and my order did not execute. As a result, my position was automatically liquidated at 00:17:34 on October 11, 2025, with a total loss of 20,459.09 USDT (approximately 91.55% of my position). Due to panic and stress at that moment, I was unable to capture a screenshot of the error.
After contacting Binance customer support, I was informed that there was no system malfunction, and my claim was dismissed. However, based on 5-minute trading charts, the SUI price dropped to 0.56 USDT, a move far beyond normal market volatility. This indicates a technical failure or liquidity anomaly, as no other major exchanges recorded such a steep decline at the same time.
The fact that my position was forcibly closed at 00:17:34 during this irregular price movement further supports the presence of a system-side malfunction. This raises serious concerns about the stability and reliability of Binance’s trading infrastructure.
Due to this loss, I am currently unable to repay my bank loans and facing severe financial hardship. I respectfully request that my complaint be reinvestigated in full detail, that all transaction and system logs related to this event be shared with me, and that partial compensation be provided at least to cover the bank debts I incurred due to this incident.
