I Face Stop Limit Order Failure on Binance HEMI/USDT Trade Causing Liquidation

On September 23, 2025, I placed a trade on Binance in the HEMI/USDT trading pair and suffered a loss when my position was liquidated despite having set a stop-limit order.

Although I had taken all the necessary precautions during the trade, it seems that the system failed to execute my stop-limit order, resulting in an unjust liquidation. Because of this error, I incurred a financial loss. The Binance transaction ID for this trade is 90739**.

After the issue occurred, I tried to contact Binance Customer Support, but I only received automated responses, and no real solution was provided. I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that my financial loss be compensated as soon as possible.
