Binance Mobile App Crash – Open Positions Closed Due to System Freeze

On October 10, 2025, at around 00:17, while trading on the Binance Android mobile app, the application suddenly froze, preventing me from managing my open positions. Specifically, I had active trades in the following pairs: EPIUSDT, BBUSDT, BIOUSDT, XRPUSDT, MITOUSDT, TONUSDT, and ETHFUSDT. Because the app became completely unresponsive, my positions were automatically liquidated, resulting in a financial loss of approximately $1,100.
When I realized the issue, I tried restarting the app and attempted to close the positions manually, but I couldn’t take any action. I was using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s at the time. I have never experienced this kind of issue before, and this was the first time the Binance app malfunctioned during trading.
I attempted to contact Binance customer support, but I did not receive a clear or helpful response.
I request that Binance investigate this incident thoroughly under UID: 69492833, compensate for my $1,100 loss, and ensure that similar technical issues do not happen again to other users.
